2005 Financial Summary

The Francis Small Heritage Trust is a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers.   The I.R.S. has classified the Trust as a 501(C)(3) organization.

Income:

Expenses:

Because the Trust has no paid staff, over 96% of the funds expended were used to purchase, support, or protect the land.   This percentage is higher than most non-profit organizations.

The financial donations from individuals are multiplied many times over by grants received from foundations and entities such as the Land for Maine's Future program.   These grants are only possible as a result of the support we receive from individual donors.   Thank you!
